Location: Delhi Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office About the Role We are looking for a Senior Marketplace Ads Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, performance marketing, campaign analytics, and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities Plan and manage end-to-end marketplace advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.

Develop marketplace advertising strategies aligned with sales, revenue, ROAS, and profitability objectives.

Set up, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and other marketplace ad formats.

Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and sales.

Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spends.

Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns while reducing inefficient spends.

Analyze product-level performance and recommend strategies for improving visibility, conversions, and profitability.

Work closely with marketplace, content, creative, and account management teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.

Track marketplace trends, competitor activity, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Conduct A/B testing of keywords, bids, creatives, targeting,



and campaign structures.

Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement corrective strategies.

Mentor and guide junior marketplace advertising team members where required.

Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketplace advertising or performance marketing.

Strong experience managing paid advertising on Amazon Ads and other e-commerce marketplaces.

In-depth understanding of marketplace advertising metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions, and conversions.

Robust analytical and data interpretation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience handling significant advertising budgets and multiple brands or products.

Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, campaign structuring, and optimization.

Ability to translate campaign data into clear business insights and actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills Experience working with an e-commerce or marketplace agency or D2C brand.

Experience across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, etc.

Knowledge of marketplace analytics and seller/vendor platforms.

Experience with tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Helium 10, SellerApp, or similar platforms.

Experience in client handling and presenting campaign performance.
