Sales Executive – B2B & Inbound Sales

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our construction company.

Key Responsibilities
Actively approach real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants for business tie-ups and lead referrals.
Generate B2B leads through field visits, networking, and relationship building.
Handle inbound leads, understand client requirements, and follow up consistently.
Coordinate meetings/site visits and convert prospects into confirmed projects.
Manage leads from enquiry through agreement and 2nd installment.
Achieve sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Construction industry experience will be highly preferred.
Civil Engineer candidates preferred.
Experience in B2B sales, real estate,



construction sales, or business development is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally preferred.

Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Recent Rajendra Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
Construction sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
