Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Team Manager to manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong FP&A; experience with hands-on expertise in SAP and advanced financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage FP&A; activities including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast and provide actionable business insights.
Drive financial planning and forecasting cycles in coordination with business stakeholders.
Prepare MIS, management dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership.
Perform P&L; analysis, cost analysis, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Partner with business teams to understand financial performance and identify cost optimization prospects.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting using SAP and other financial systems.
Handle financial data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting from SAP.




Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate them to senior management.
Support month-end/quarter-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Lead process improvements, automation, and standardization within FP&A.;

Advanced MS Excel
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Educational Qualification
CA / CMA preferred
CA Inter / CMA Inter with robust relevant FP&A; experience may also be considered.
MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience can be considered.
