You will be responsible for generating business, nurturing customer relationships, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, follow-ups, market understanding, and relationship building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement




Connect and engage with pre-generated leads through outbound calls.
Source current leads through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Reach out to prospective customers and effectively explain our real estate products and investment opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and conduct detailed customer need analysis.
Build meaningful conversations and convert prospects into potential clients.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand clients' requirements, preferences, concerns, and investment objectives.
Provide timely follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to closure.
Generate repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
