About the Role
We are looking for a confident, professional and target-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, explaining suitable visa options, handling enquiries, following up with leads and converting prospective clients into enrolled clients.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients for Study Visa, Visitor Visa, PR, Skilled Migration and other immigration services.
Understand client profiles and suggest suitable options.
Handle phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face enquiries.
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
Handle objections and confidently close clients.
Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
Coordinate with the filing/legal team after client enrolment.
Requirements
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Strong sales and negotiation ability.
Target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups.
Good knowledge of immigration/visa processes preferred.
English, Hindi and Punjabi communication skills preferred.
Professional attitude and positive client-handling skills.
