Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Insights Product Team Member to support the development and enhancement of analytics-driven products and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Power BI, be capable of building end-to-end dashboards and reports, and have prior experience working in a product environment. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities are essential, while documentation experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.
Create meaningful insights and visualizations to support business decision-making.
Support product roadmap initiatives through analytical reporting and performance tracking.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting best practices.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and release-related documents.
Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.
Communicate findings, recommendations,



and insights effectively to business users and leadership teams.

Required Skills
6 to 8 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
Robust hands-on experience in Power BI Dashboard and Report Development.
Experience in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.
Prior experience working with Product Teams/Product Management environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile ways of working.

Preferred Skills
Experience in creating functional and technical documentation.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting business testing/UAT activities.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting best practices.
