Role & responsibilities
Minimum 6 to10 years of HR experience with respect to above description.
Act as culture ambassador, aligning people practices with company values.
Design and drive D&;I initiatives, awareness programs, and workshops.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and complete employee life cycle.
Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
Lead employee engagement, branding, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
Run surveys and feedback sessions, translating insights into action.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven success in D&I; and employee engagement programs.
Excellent communication and people skills.
