Hiring Quality Analyst AR | Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst AR to handle AR Calling and Denial Management for Physician/Hospital Billing. The candidate will be responsible for analysing outstanding accounts, handling calls, identifying billing issues and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse outstanding/assigned AR and follow up with insurance companies through calls.
- Handle Denial Management and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- Work on corrected claims, appeals, patient transfers and adjustments.
- Identify and report trends in denials, claim submission errors, credentialing and billing issues.
- Maintain established SLA, productivity and quality targets.
- Document call outcomes and account updates accurately in the billing system.
- Follow updated process guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Improve performance based on feedback from the reporting manager and quality audit team.

Required Skills:





- 4-6 years of experience in AR Calling.
- Strong experience in Denial Management Physician Billing / Hospital Billing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare/Medical Billing.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Graduation can apply

Shift Timings:

- 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
- 6:30 PM 3:30 AM
- Candidates should be flexible to work in either shift.
