Email Marketing Specialist –( Cold Outreach, Deliverability & Automation)

Shift: General IST shift with flexibility for late evening sends aligned to US and UK campaign windows

Reports to: Founder / Head of Growth

Experience: 1.5 to 4 years in email marketing, with hands on exposure to cold outbound or high volume sending

Compensation: INR 2 to 6 LPA depending on demonstrated skill level (see Compensation section)

About the Role-

We run outbound and lifecycle email for our own brands and for client accounts across multiple markets. We are looking for someone who owns email end to end: the infrastructure it runs on, the data it is sent to, the copy inside it, and the numbers that come out the other side.

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to schedule a Mailchimp broadcast. You will be building and maintaining sending infrastructure, protecting domain reputation across multiple sending identities, sourcing and verifying data, and running campaigns where landing in the primary inbox is the difference between a pipeline and a dead quarter.

We hire at two levels for this position. If you have the fundamentals and the appetite to go deep, we will train you on the rest. If you already run this at scale, we will pay for that and give you full ownership of the function.

Key Responsibilities-

- Plan and execute B2B cold email and outbound campaigns.
- Create and optimize email sequences, subject lines, CTAs and follow-ups.
- Manage multi-domain and multi-inbox sending infrastructure.
- Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Manage domain/inbox warm-up and email deliverability.




- Monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, inbox placement and sender reputation.
- Build, verify, clean and maintain targeted prospect databases.
- Manage newsletters, lifecycle campaigns and automated email flows.
- Set up and maintain transactional and notification emails.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
- Ensure email campaigns follow applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements-

- 1.5+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.
- Experience with cold email or high-volume email campaigns.
- Working knowledge of SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Experience with at least one cold email platform and one ESP.
- Solid list building, verification and data-cleaning skills.
- Excellent written English.
- Willingness to work from the Guwahati office, 5 days a week.

Preferred Tools Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZeroBounce, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot or equivalent platforms is an advantage.

Compensation-

₹2–6 LPA, depending on experience and demonstrated skill level.

- Associate: ₹2–3.5 LPA
- Email Marketing Specialist: ₹3.5–6 LPA
- Performance-linked incentive based on qualified meetings and deliverability benchmarks.
