This is a hard requirement — other backgrounds will not be shortlisted. /n /n This role is exclusively for professionals with agency-side experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Exhibitions, Corporate Events, Retail Activations, or Event Production environments. /n Profiles from advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, branding agencies, media agencies, or brand-side marketing teams will not be aligned to this role. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Head the Client Servicing department for events, activations, and experiential projects, and define its strategic direction

/n

- Build and manage long-term, senior-level client relationships across corporate events, BTL activations, and mall decor installations

/n





- Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients on all live events

/n

- Lead high-value client conversations, negotiations, and strategic proposals for experiential and event campaigns

/n

- Drive PAN team engagement, motivation, and alignment with company objectives across events delivery

/n

- Own financial performance, P&L;, and profitability across the events client portfolio

/n

- Partner with leadership on growth strategy, innovation, and new business direction for events and activations

/n

- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing client servicing team focused on event execution

/n

- Review post-event performance and client feedback, and drive continuous improvement

/n /n /n Skills & Competencies: /n /n

- 7–10 years of Client Servicing experience within an Events / Experiential / Brand Activation agency (mandatory), including team leadership experience

/n

- Bachelor‘s degree required; MBA strongly preferred

/n

- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills

/n

- Proven experience in agency-based client servicing (experiential / events / BTL preferred)

/n

- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.) to enhance client presentation, proposal, reporting, and day-to-day efficiency
