Tech Support Executive
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹14,000–₹16,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and stores.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Manage computers, printers, CCTV, POS, and other IT equipment.
- Install and maintain software and required applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical repairs and support.
- Maintain records of IT assets and technical issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across Chaigram outlets and HO.
- Provide timely support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
