Key Responsibilities

- Supervise Operations: Direct daily workshop activities, assign repair tasks to technicians, and set work schedules.
- Quality Control: Conduct final vehicle inspections before delivery to ensure safety and repair standards.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate workshop personnel, including mechanics and service advisors.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries, handle complaints, and explain repair costs or timelines.
- Inventory & Budget: Monitor parts inventory, order necessary tools, and help manage departmental budgets and profitability.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the shop follows environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience:



7 to 10 years of experience in an automotive repair setting, with previous supervisory or technician experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and contemporary automotive technology.
- Leadership: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Education: High school diploma or vocational training in automotive mechanics; a business or management degree is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
