Who’s a good fit:

You have a robust visual eye and a good understanding of lighting, composition and storytelling. You’re someone who notices the details, understands what makes content engaging and has a natural sense of visual taste. You’re curious, open to experimenting with new formats and concepts, and comfortable working on-site. You’re also willing to learn, adapt and bring your own perspective to every shoot.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Shoot social media content on-site for brands, campaigns and creative projects.
- Plan and execute shoots based on creative briefs and content requirements.
- Set up and work with lighting to create visually appealing and consistent footage.
- Handle camera composition, framing, camera movement and basic production requirements.
- Capture a variety of content including short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, product/brand content and social-first visual stories.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute new visual concepts.
- Bring ideas and suggestions to improve the way content is shot and presented.
- Ensure footage is technically sound,



well-composed and suitable for different social media formats.
- Organise and manage footage after shoots.
- Take up quick, basic edits when required for social media or immediate content requirements.
- Stay updated with evolving social media formats, visual trends and new ways of creating content.

Required skills:

- Comfortable working with cameras, lenses, lights and basic shooting equipment.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Generative AI tools

Duration: 5-6 hours/day

Schedule: 5 days a week
