Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and support tickets
Assist users with EV charging, app-related issues, payment failures, and troubleshooting Coordinate with technical and field teams for issue resolution
Maintain customer records in CRM/helpdesk systems
Ensure a seamless and satisfactory charging experience for EV users

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
