We are looking for a proactive and patient-friendly Patient Coordinator & Assistant Dentist to join our dental clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with new patient leads and previously visited patients.
- Explain treatments, address basic queries, and help convert enquiries into appointments/treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient and lead data in Google Sheets.
- Follow up regularly with patients and maintain positive patient relationships.
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and maintain clinical readiness.
- Help with basic clinic coordination and day-to-day patient management.
Ideal Candidate: Good communication skills, confident on the phone, organised, responsible, and willing to learn. Dental assisting experience or a BDS qualification will be preferred.
