Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring food and beverage costs and maintaining cost-control records.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Verify purchase invoices, goods received notes (GRNs), and supplier pricing.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, recipe costing, and menu costing.
- Assist in preparing daily consumption and cost reports.
- Track stock movements, transfers, wastage, spoilage, and complimentary items.
- Reconcile physical inventory with the POS and inventory management system.
- Support monthly stock-taking and investigate inventory variances.
- Ensure proper documentation for purchases, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
- Assist in maintaining standard recipes, portion controls, and yield calculations.
- Prepare reports and provide data support to the Senior Cost Controller or Finance Manager.
- Identify discrepancies and report unusual variances or potential cost leakages.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
