HR manager for FOUNDRY (EXP NEEDED MIN 5 TO 7 YEARS)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and workforce deployment.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, and other regulations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, training, and employee development programs.
- Maintain robust employee relations and improve workforce engagement.
- Coordinate with plant management and department heads on manpower requirements.
- Monitor HR MIS, employee records, and monthly HR reports.
- Support audits, inspections, and statutory compliance activities.
- Drive employee welfare, safety awareness, and workplace discipline.

SALARY : 55k - 60k
