About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Civil with strong exposure to high-rise buildings and real estate construction projects, preferably from the contractor/EPC side.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing large-scale construction activities, coordinating with clients and consultants, controlling project execution, and leading project teams from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise and real estate construction projects.
- Plan, monitor and control project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, schedule and budget.
- Manage site teams, contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
- Act as the key interface between the company and clients, consultants, architects and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings and effectively communicate project progress, challenges and requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety and timely completion of construction activities.
- Review BOQ, drawings, specifications, work schedules and construction methodologies.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower productivity and resource deployment.
- Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for timely availability of materials and resources.
- Identify project risks,



delays and technical issues and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare and review MIS, progress reports, project schedules and client updates.
- Handle measurements, billing coordination, variation works, RA bills and client certifications.
- Lead negotiations and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements and company procedures.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to Project Managers, Construction Managers and site teams.

Candidate Profile Must Have:

- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 15–18+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Solid experience in high-rise buildings, residential/commercial real estate or large-scale building projects.
- Candidates with strong contractor-side / EPC construction experience will be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing complete project execution and large site teams.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction planning, execution, billing, quality control and project management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel or relocate depending on project requirements.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
