Role: Senior Staff Nurse (ICU, Labor & Ortho Critical Care)

As a Senior Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

- Advanced Critical Care Management: Provide specialized, high-acuity nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU, bringing focused expertise to Labor/Maternity emergencies, Orthopedic trauma, and post-operative critical care.
- Comprehensive Nursing Care: Deliver exceptional patient care across ICUs, operation theatres, casualty/emergency departments, and general wards in strict adherence to hospital protocols.
- Advanced Monitoring & Equipment Operation: Closely monitor patients on life support, ventilators, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring systems. Promptly identify and report any abnormal clinical findings to the attending physician.
- Physician Assistance & Emergency Response: Assist doctors during rounds, complex medical procedures, and high-stakes emergency care. Ensure the timely and highly accurate administration of critical medications and intensive treatments.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain meticulous, accurate, and real-time documentation of nursing notes, patient care records, and ICU flowsheets.
- Patient Safety & Post-Operative Care: Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.



Oversee specialized pre- and post-operative care—particularly for complex orthopedic surgeries and high-risk labor cases—while maintaining a pristine care environment.
- Infection Control: Adhere strictly to infection control, sterilization, and biomedical waste management protocols, maintaining the rigorous standards required in ICU settings.
- Ward & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the absolute cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness of ICUs, nursing stations, wards, and all specialized medical equipment.
- Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and their attendants regarding ongoing intensive treatments, procedures, and clear discharge instructions with empathy and professionalism.
- Shift Operations: Work adaptively in rotational shifts—day, afternoon, and night—as dictated by the hospital duty schedule and emergency requirements.
- Skilled Discipline: Maintain strict discipline regarding the prescribed uniform and reporting times. Ensure a comprehensive, detailed handover of duties and critical patient statuses before concluding a shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,613.72 per month
