IPA Private Limited is looking for a Service Engineer to join our service and technical support team.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related discipline
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply
- Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
- Strong problem-solving and learning ability

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customer service and technical support requirements
- Assist in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate support
- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation
- Travel to customer sites as required

Work Location: Peenya, Bangalore
