We are looking for an experienced Glove Production In-Charge to manage and supervise our medical examination glove manufacturing operations.

Position: Production In-Charge – Medical Gloves

Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Industry: Medical / Examination Gloves Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day glove production and achieve production targets.

Supervise production staff and shift operations.

Monitor glove quality, productivity, and wastage.

Ensure smooth operation of dipping, stripping, washing, and related processes.

Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.

Maintain production records and coordinate with QA, maintenance, and stores teams.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Experience in latex/nitrile examination glove manufacturing preferred.

Solid knowledge of glove dipping and production processes.

Good leadership and problem-solving skills.

Relevant experience in a glove manufacturing plant will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,308.89 - ₹69,072.03 per month
