About the Role:
SkipperX is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious candidates to join our team as Inside Sales Associates. This is a sales-focused role where you'll connect with students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and counsel prospective students via calls.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and business growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
