Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Manju Group, with a strong focus on building a high-quality talent pipeline across real estate sales, pre-sales, projects, corporate functions and support functions.
The role requires a proactive recruiter who can source candidates through multiple channels, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements from business and functional heads.
- Prepare and understand Job Descriptions for open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, recruitment agencies and other channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements, experience, skills and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer processes.
- Drive candidates from sourcing to joining.
2. Real Estate & Sales Hiring
Manage high-volume recruitment for positions such as:
- Sales Executives / Sales Managers
- Pre-Sales Executives / Managers
- Telecallers
- CRM / Customer Relationship Executives
- Business Development Executives
- Channel Sales / Channel Partner roles
- Site Sales teams
- Project and construction professionals
- Marketing and digital marketing roles
- HR, Finance, Administration and other corporate positions
3. Talent Sourcing
- Build and continuously maintain candidate databases.
- Use Naukri,
LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals and recruitment networks effectively.
- Develop local talent pools across Chennai and other business locations.
- Conduct targeted sourcing for difficult-to-fill and niche positions.
- Build a ready pipeline for recurring sales and support-function requirements.
4. Recruitment Coordination
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers.
- Track vacancies, profiles sourced, screened candidates, interviews, selections, offers and joining status.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending interview feedback.
- Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and reports.
- Highlight recruitment delays, bottlenecks and critical vacancies to HR leadership.
5. Campus & Bulk Hiring
- Support campus recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate with colleges, placement officers and recruitment partners.
- Assist in bulk hiring drives for entry-level sales and support positions.
- Participate in job fairs and walk-in recruitment drives when required.
6. Candidate Experience
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure candidates receive timely information regarding interviews, selection, salary discussions and joining.
- Build a positive employer image during the recruitment process.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, sales or other high-volume recruitment environments will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong agency recruitment experience and an ability to independently manage closures may also be considered.

Preferred Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can independently manage multiple vacancies.
Experience in hiring real estate sales and pre-sales teams will be a strong advantage.
The candidate should be capable of building a recruitment engine rather than merely coordinating interviews, with a clear focus on pipeline creation, conversion and timely joining.
