1. JOB PURPOSE

To provide emergency medical care, first aid, and basic health services at the work site. To manage the First Aid Station and assist in maintaining the health and safety of all personnel under the authority of a qualified Medical Practitioner (Doctor).

2. QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum: State Registered Nurse Diploma (GNM) or equivalent.

3. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in emergency medicine, primary care, or similar roles.
- Training and experience in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and emergency response.
- Strong communication skills in English. Local language skills are strongly recommended.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during emergencies.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and operate the First Aid Station at the work site.
- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to injured or ill persons.
- Remain available in the work-site area and respond promptly to emergency alerts.
- Use medical facilities and materials to maintain life and prevent deterioration of an existing medical condition.
- Treat patients in accordance with written medical protocols and instructions from the Medical Practitioner.




- Maintain records of medical treatments, injuries, incidents, and medicines.
- Ensure the availability and readiness of first aid equipment, medicines, and medical supplies.
- Maintain direct communication with the medical team and promptly report serious cases.
- Conduct health awareness and basic medical training sessions as required.
- Support emergency evacuation and referral of patients to appropriate medical facilities when required.

6. WORKING CONDITIONS

- Work in a site setting which may be outdoor, remote, or high-risk.
- May be required to respond to medical emergencies at any time.
- Must remain readily available during working hours for emergency medical assistance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
