Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate current business opportunities in the Rebar Detailing, Structural Detailing, AutoCAD, and BIM services space.
- Research and connect with potential clients, contractors, structural consultants, fabricators, and construction companies.
- Handle B2B sales and lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain our Rebar Detailing and CAD/Structural Detailing services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines,



and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities in construction, structural engineering, rebar detailing, and CAD/BIM services.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
