Position: Modern Trade & E-Commerce Manager

Reporting To: Head of Sales / National Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Modern Trade & E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and managing business with Modern Trade chains and E-Commerce platforms to achieve sales growth, improve product visibility, maximize profitability, and strengthen brand presence. The role requires strong experience in key account management, online marketplace operations, trade promotions, inventory planning, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Modern Trade Management

- Develop and manage business relationships with Modern Trade customers such as Reliance Retail, DMart, Spencer's, More Retail, Vishal Mega Mart, Metro Cash & Carry, and other organized retail chains.
- Negotiate annual business plans, commercial agreements, listings, promotions, and visibility programs.
- Ensure timely product listings and new product launches across Contemporary Trade outlets.
- Monitor sales performance, stock availability, secondary sales, and replenishment.




- Coordinate with distributors to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Execute promotional campaigns, display activities, and in-store branding initiatives.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Modern Trade and E-Commerce sales within an FMCG company.Preferred Industry
