The Yoga Institute is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our production team and create engaging video content for our digital platforms.

Location: Santacruz, Mumbai (On-site)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shifts: Rotational shifts
Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality final videos.
- Understand scripts, briefs, storyboards, and production requirements.
- Create smooth cuts, transitions, graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Add music, sound effects, interviews, and other required elements.
- Review and organize raw footage and other media files.
- Ensure proper video and sound quality, formatting, and presentation.
- Create rough and final cuts based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with the production and creative teams to deliver projects on time.
- Research and implement new editing techniques and industry best practices.
- Assist in developing storyboards and visual concepts when required.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as a Video Editor




- Robust hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Knowledge of other video editing and animation software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of storytelling, visual composition, sound, and pacing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, positive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Relevant education/training in Film & Video Production, Mass Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
