Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage our weekly payroll operations for healthcare professionals placed across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland. This remote role demands strong knowledge of regional payroll regulations, excellent time management skills, and a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Process accurate and timely weekly payroll for healthcare staff across supported regions.
- Ensure full compliance with UK, Irish, and Northern Irish tax laws, labor regulations, and internal company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee files,



and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, recruitment, and finance departments to streamline payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide prompt support to internal teams and employees.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and support audits and internal compliance reviews.
- Prepare and deliver regular payroll reports and summaries for management.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulatory requirements related to payroll.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably within UK and Irish payroll systems.
- Proficient in payroll/accounting software and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UK and Irish employment laws, PAYE, PRSI, and tax compliance.
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and accountability in handling sensitive payroll data.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
