We are seeking a visionary Retail Fashion Marketing Head to lead our marketing

strategy, brand development, and retail operations across our growing chain of

fashion stores. This is a strategic leadership role that will shape the future

of Geeta Wholesale Mart's brand presence in the market.

The Retail Fashion Marketing Head will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Managing brand positioning and identity
- Overseeing all 7 current stores and upcoming 2 new stores
- Driving sales growth through innovative retail and marketing initiatives
- Building and leading a marketing and retail team
- Managing marketing budget and ROI
- Creating engaging customer experiences
- Driving online and offline integration
- Competitive analysis and market intelligence

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree (Essential):
- MBA in Marketing or Business Administration
- Bachelors in Commerce, Business, or Marketing

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Minimum 4-7 years in fashion/retail marketing
- Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience managing multi-outlet retail chain
- E-commerce/digital marketing experience
- Product marketing and brand management experience
- Experience with ethnic wear, fashion, or apparel industry

WORKING HOURS:

- Standard: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM
- Flexible schedule for store visits and field activities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
