Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our energetic culinary team in Mumbai.

Experience: 8–12 Years
Cuisine: Pan Asian Cuisine – Mandatory
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, taste & presentation.
Lead, supervise and motivate the kitchen team.
Manage food preparation, inventory and kitchen requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety & hygiene standards.
Train and develop kitchen team members.
Maintain consistency and authenticity across Pan Asian cuisine.
The Ideal Candidate
A passionate culinary professional with strong expertise in Pan Asian cuisine, excellent leadership skills and proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
