Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Social Media Posting Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for scheduling and posting content across various social media platforms in a timely and consistent manner. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of different platforms and can ensure content is delivered efficiently to engage audiences and align with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,



Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Ensure posts go live at optimal times for engagement, in line with the social media strategy.
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar and adhere to deadlines.
- Make adjustments to posting schedules as necessary to optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective and strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Must-haves:

- Availability of Phone and/or Laptop – All day, every day.
- Active and stable internet connection at any given point.

Job Type: Full -time Employment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
