- Monitor in-process quality at all production stages.
- Check product parameters as per SOP & specifications.
- Conduct sampling, inspection, and basic testing.
- Monitor GMP, GHP, hygiene, and food-safety practices.
- Verify batch, coding, labeling, weight, and packaging.
- Identify and report quality deviations/non-conformities.
- Ensure proper segregation of rejected/non-conforming material.
- Maintain IPQC records, checklists, and reports.
- Coordinate with Production & QA/QC teams for corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety standards, and company procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
