Assistant Branch Manager – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day clinic operations, client coordination, CRM activities, loan/EMI processing, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations and administration.
- Handle and maintain CRM profiles, client details, follow-ups, appointments, and service records.
- Coordinate client loan/EMI processes, including documentation, application submission, verification, and follow-up with finance partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of client and sales information in the CRM.
- Assist in lead management, client follow-ups, conversions, and retention.
- Coordinate with doctors, front office, therapists, nurses, and other branch staff for smooth operations.
- Monitor daily appointments, consultations, sales, collections, and pending client follow-ups.
- Support the Branch Manager in achieving branch sales and operational targets.
- Handle client queries and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality,



and adherence to clinic SOPs.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share updates with the Branch Manager/Operations team.
- Support billing, payment collection, documentation, and other administrative activities.
- Escalate operational or client-related issues to the Branch Manager promptly.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Excel.
- Experience in loan/EMI processing or financial documentation will be an advantage.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities effectively.
- Sales-oriented approach with strong customer service skills.
- Prior experience in aesthetic, dermatology, healthcare, wellness, or similar service industry preferred.

Qualification:-

Any Graduate with relevant experience in operations, clinic management, customer service, CRM, or sales coordination.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who can effectively support the Branch Manager, manage CRM and loan processes, coordinate with clients and staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
