## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced *Production Engineer / Production Executive* with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring daily production activities, supervising shop-floor operations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved on time.

## Key Responsibilities

* Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedules.

* Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.

* Coordinate with *Stores and Purchase Departments* for timely availability of raw materials, components, and consumables.

* Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work according to production requirements.

* Supervise and guide production workers on the shop floor.

* Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and effective operations.

* Coordinate with the *Quality Department* to ensure products meet required quality standards.

* Identify and resolve day-to-day production issues to minimize downtime.





* Maintain proper production records, reports, and documentation.

* Ensure proper documentation and traceability of production activities.

* Follow and maintain safety, quality, and production procedures.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

* Support productivity improvement and process optimization initiatives.

## Candidate Requirements

* *B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering*.

* *2–3 years of relevant experience* in production/manufacturing.

* Good knowledge of shop-floor production activities and manufacturing processes.

* Strong manpower handling and supervisory skills.

* Good coordination and communication skills.

* Ability to work under production targets and timelines.

* Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures.

* Willingness to work in an *9-hour shift*.
