We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, explain suitable courses, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and course requirements.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate updates of leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams when required.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to prospective students.
- Participate in counselling calls, admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in counselling, tele calling, sales, admissions, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
