Job Summary

We are looking for an HVAC Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The candidate will ensure proper temperature, humidity, pressure, and air quality as per company and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor HVAC, AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, and related utility equipment.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and airflow in production and cleanroom areas.
- Check HVAC parameters regularly and maintain daily logbooks.
- Start, stop, and operate HVAC equipment as per SOP.
- Perform routine inspection of AHUs, filters, dampers, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
- Identify abnormalities and report breakdowns to the supervisor/maintenance team.
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC system performance to ensure continuous operation.
- Maintain HVAC records, checklists, and operational reports.
- Follow GMP, SOP, EHS, and safety procedures.




- Ensure proper housekeeping in HVAC and utility areas.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, and QA teams when required.
- Support HVAC-related audits, inspections, and documentation.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical HVAC / cleanroom operations preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
