Mechanical Supervisor – Facility Management

Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in the Facility Management industry, preferably with a strong background in Construction Projects.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities within facility management operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of mechanical systems and equipment while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities at the site.
- Plan and allocate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for mechanical works.
- Ensure mechanical works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor the progress of mechanical activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and other site teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Inspect completed mechanical works to ensure proper quality and compliance with required standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper installation,



alignment, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Maintain daily work records, progress reports, inspection reports, and other site documentation.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Implement and strictly follow company HSE policies and site safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safe working practices.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC and HSE teams during inspections and site activities.
- Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Report project progress, manpower requirements, material shortages, and technical issues to the Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager.

Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in mechanical works/supervision.
- Previous experience in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or related projects will be an advantage.
- HSE/Safety certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of safety procedures and site practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
- Ability to manage manpower and complete work within project schedules.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
