Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Coordinate with clients and conduct regular follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and assist with client communication
- Maintain call records and provide administrative support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada preferred
- Telugu will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience is an advantage
