Key Responsibilities

● Video Assembly & Editing: Assist in creating initial cuts and editing videos tailored for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn, etc.

● Audio & Visual Basics: Perform basic audio syncing, sound leveling, and preliminary color correction under guidance.

● Graphics & Formatting: Add captions, lower thirds, basic text overlays, and arrange B-roll to complement the main narrative.

● Media Management: Organize raw footage, project files, and assets according to company naming conventions and folder structures.

● Collaboration & Learning: Work with content creators and senior editors, incorporating feedback to refine video cuts and improve workflow efficiency.

● Trend Tracking: Monitor emerging social media trends, audio tracks, and editing styles to propose fresh content ideas.

Core Competencies





● Basic Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar video editing software (familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, or After Effects is a plus).

● Eagerness to Learn: Robust desire to receive constructive feedback and continuously upskill.

● Visual Awareness: Basic understanding of pacing, cuts, and audio-visual synchronization.

● Time Management: Ability to manage assigned micro-tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
