Job Description – Assembly Manager

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage assembly activities for Automation, SPM, Conveyors, and Material Handling projects.
- Plan execution schedules and ensure timely completion of assembly and testing activities.
- Handle mechanical assembly and integration with electrical panels, machine trials, snag point identification, and closure activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and allocation for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Monitor assembly quality, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to technical drawings.
- Control execution cost and material utilization.
- Coordinate required assembly modifications with the design team.
- Maintain assembly reports,



torque reports, assembly checklists, and related documentation.
- Resolve technical and assembly-related issues during execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in assembly processes, productivity, and quality standards.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and conduct safety inspections during assembly activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
