We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations in our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounting software and experience handling day-to-day accounts, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and accounting reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and management.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
- Handle accounting requirements related to pharmaceutical / manufacturing operations.

Mandatory Skills





- Marg Erp is mandatory.
- Must have hands-on knowledge of MARG / Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3–10 years in Accounts, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
