We are looking for a motivated and energetic Area Sales Executive to join our sales team in Patna. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, customer handling, or business development and be comfortable meeting customers in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
- Generate current leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in the field.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office/Google tools.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable travelling within Patna are preferred.
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
