Key Responsibilities

- Trend Research: Study fashion trends and cultural shifts to predict appealing designs.
- Design & Sketching: Develop themes, sketch initial concepts, and use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Material Selection: Choose fabrics, colors, trims, and embellishments for garments.
- Prototyping: Work with pattern makers to create samples and oversee prototype development.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with design teams, production managers, and marketing.
- Production Oversight: Guide manufacturers on construction and quality control.
- Presentation: Present designs to creative directors or at fashion shows.
- Marketing: Help market designs to retailers or consumers.
