Role Description

Aravali College of Engineering & Management (ACEM), Faridabad is looking for a qualified and experienced German Language Teacher/Trainer to design and deliver German language courses for undergraduate students. The role involves building students' proficiency in German for academic, communication, placement, and study/work-abroad purposes, in line with AICTE and JCBUST YMCA norms.

- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured German language classes (A1 to B2 levels as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, CEFR) to students across departments.
- Design course content, lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment material aligned with CEFR standards and institutional curriculum requirements.
- Conduct regular classroom teaching, language labs,



conversation practice sessions, and listening/speaking/writing/reading skill-building exercises.
- Prepare students for recognized German proficiency certifications (e.g., Goethe-Institut / TestDaF / telc examinations) where applicable.
- Evaluate student performance through periodic tests, assignments, and mock examinations; maintain accurate academic records and attendance.
- Coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell to align German language training with study-abroad, internship, and placement requirements of students.
- Organize language club activities, workshops, cultural exchange sessions, and guest lectures to encourage practical usage of German.
- Guide and mentor students individually where required, addressing learning gaps and language proficiency concerns.
- Maintain updated teaching resources and stay current with developments in German language pedagogy.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in German Language / German Studies / Foreign Languages from a recognized university.

Pay: ₹800.00 per hour
