With operations worldwide and a strong culture built on ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement, we are now looking for a Head of Operations and Business Services to join our India leadership team.

The role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the operational backbone of the business, ensuring we have the people, systems, processes, and infrastructure required to support ambitious growth plans. You will oversee key functions including:
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Quality and Health & Safety
- Finance and Administration
- Import/Export Operations
- IT & Digital Transformation
- People & Culture (HR)
A key priority will be leading the identification, evaluation, and delivery of a new manufacturing facility to support our future growth strategy. This high-profile project will play a critical role in shaping Gripple India's long-term success.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive operational excellence across all business functions
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management
- Deliver business improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration across India and the global organisation
- Identify and mitigate operational and business continuity risks
- Develop high-performing teams and a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with the Managing Director to deliver growth and expansion plans
Who you are:
- Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in operations management & general management
- Demonstrated success managing customer invoicing teams, supply chain teams and production teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for budgets, forecasting, cost control, and business performance
- Experience leading multiple business functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated success delivering strategic projects and operational improvements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for developing people and creating highly engaged teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
