Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counselor / Study Abroad Consultant to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students regarding overseas education opportunities and guiding them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding study abroad programs, universities, courses, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including applications and required documentation.
- Assist students with university selection, application forms, transcripts, recommendation letters, and other admission requirements.
- Provide guidance regarding visa requirements and international admission processes.
- Maintain regular and skilled communication with students and their families.
- Update and manage student information, inquiries, applications, and enrollment details in the CRM.




- Participate in student recruitment activities, including events, seminars, webinars, and school visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student admission experience.
- Track applications and follow up with prospective students.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Student Counseling, Study Abroad Consulting, or a similar role.
- Experience in international education or overseas admissions will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of international admission processes and visa requirements is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple students and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site from our Udaipur office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
