Scope of Work:

The Tele caller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions.
- Record all calls, leads, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for follow-ups and appointments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions

Key Performance Indicators :





- Number of calls made per day/week
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Call-to-conversion rate (appointments or sales)
- Response time to inbound inquiries
- Accuracy of CRM records and follow-ups
- Customer feedback/satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Positive listening, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
- Customer-oriented and goal-driven mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
