Role: Assistant Project Manager Jr

Location: Calicut

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 0-1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Study work orders, drawings, dispatch schedules, and logistics plans
- Conduct site measurements and oversee furnishing layouts
- Mark electrical, plumbing, and gas points accurately
- Assign and brief installation teams effectively
- Coordinate with sub-contractors based on site requirements
- Verify materials received from the factory against work orders
- Track and update site progress to Zonal Managers
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
- Manage work schedules and ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Handle part and final payment collections




- Ensure smooth project handover with client satisfaction reports & reviews
