Job Title: Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations and be comfortable handling day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Tally entries including receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Record and maintain daily bank statements
- Prepare and maintain vouchers and supporting documents
- Manage cheque preparation and basic banking activities
- Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, and documentation
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all entries
- Manage debtors and creditors effectively
- Prepare various MIS reports for management review
- Perform bank transfers such as RTGS, NEFT, and outward remittances
- Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and other accounting transactions
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Perform daily fund planning and cash flow tracking




- Download and reconcile bank statements on a daily basis
- Record and monitor all banking transactions
- Use advanced Microsoft Office tools and adapt to company-specific software

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work Schedule:

- Day Shift
- Monday to Saturday working
- Sunday off

Job Type:

- Full time

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 6 months of accounting experience required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
