Gravton Motors is a Hyderabad-based electric two-wheeler company engineering EVs built for real Indian conditions — rugged, efficient, and made to move people and livelihoods, not just to look good in a brochure. We’re past the idea stage and scaling fast, which means the work is real, the ownership is high, and the decisions are being made in the room you’ll be sitting in.

This is a rare seat: you’ll work directly out of the Director’s Office, at the point where strategy, operations, and execution meet. It’s the closest thing to a front-row view of how a fast-growing EV company actually gets built — and a launchpad for a chief-of-staff, strategy, or operating-leadership track.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

This role is the connective tissue of the Director’s Office. You turn priorities into motion, keep initiatives on track across teams, and make sure decisions are backed by clean analysis and followed through to completion.

– Drive execution. Take strategic initiatives from the Director and move them forward — breaking them into workstreams, aligning the right people, and closing the loop on delivery.

– Run the operating cadence. Track organizational priorities, action items, and milestones; keep dashboards and trackers current; and make sure nothing important quietly slips.

– Turn data into decisions. Pull together business and operational data, surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into crisp recommendations.

– Produce the thinking. Prepare executive reports, board-ready presentations, briefing notes, and meeting minutes that are accurate, clear, and decision-oriented.

– Support audits & governance. Assist company-wide business and operational audits, and help draft SOPs, policies,



and process documentation that make the organization run tighter.

– Research what matters. Run focused market, competitor, and internal business research to inform live decisions.

– Hold the line on confidentiality. Handle sensitive business information with complete discretion and integrity.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

– In your first 90 days: you know how Gravton runs end to end, own the Director’s Office trackers and reporting rhythm, and are trusted to chase execution across teams without hand-holding.

– Within the first year: you independently drive multi-team initiatives, produce analysis and documents leadership acts on directly, and have become the person functions come to when they need something moved through the Director’s Office.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-haves

– Sharp analytical thinking and real business curiosity — you like getting to the “why” behind numbers.

– Excellent written and verbal communication; you can make a complex situation simple on one slide or in one note.





– Solid coordination and follow-through — you close loops and chase things to done.

– Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with Google Workspace.

– High integrity, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information.

Gives you an edge

– Working knowledge of Power BI or Zoho Analytics.

– Fluency with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to work faster and smarter.

– Any early exposure to startups, EVs, manufacturing, or operations.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are exceptionally analytical, organized, and clear communicators. We care far more about how you think than which degree you hold — backgrounds in Engineering, Business (BBA/BBM/B.Com), Economics, or an MBA are all welcome, as is any graduate who can demonstrate genuine analytical and communication strength.
